DMCA Policy

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To report alleged infringement, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (see Section 4) containing: your contact details; identification of copyrighted work; infringing material's location on our site; a statement of good-faith belief; and a sworn declaration of accuracy. Incomplete notices may be rejected.

2. Processing Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice, offering an opportunity to submit a counter-notification under Section 3.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification by submitting: your contact information; identification of the removed content and its original URL; a statement under penalty of perjury asserting good-faith belief of lawful use; and consent to jurisdiction. We will restore content after 10–14 business days unless a valid court order is received.
